Block the user's PIN codeThe button under the user selected in the summary with the button text Block can be used if the user has forgotten their PIN code.  This will however not be displayed in the app if the user is in Offline Mode and the PIN code is blocked from Manager. A user will, in a very few cases, have access to a number of POS. This is shown by the listing of all POS in the app. Remember that if the PIN code is blocked from a POS (in Manager), then all the other POS will have separate unblocking codes and must be unblocked individually.
