Organization in transition from external Radius to Buypass Code

ID type shows which ID types the user has used for authentication. There is, in some cases, a need for a user in this state, to be able to send a 6-digit one-time code/token to external Radius (for example to set a new PIN). The ID-type status must however first be reset.

This is carried out by searching for the user and clicking on the "Reset ID type" button. The Buypass icon disappears and the user is reset and can use the old one-time code generator.

The following icons describe the user state

<picture will come> = Has had minimum one successful authentication through Buypass Code

<picture will come> = Has had minimum one successful authentication through an external Radius solution

<picture will come> = Has not had any successful authentications.

Hovering the cursor over the icon displays the time of the last successful attempt or failed attempt if the user has no successful authentications.

It is sometimes very occasionally necessary to reset the ID-type when the user has had minimum one successful authentication through Buypass Code using the old one-time code generator on external Radius.
