There is no question about activation code
Why do you not receive a question regarding the activation code?
If you as a end user do not receive a question about activation code the first time you try to install Buypass Code App on you phone, it's possible that this phone number is locked to this old user. F ex if you have a colleague that have used this phone/phone number earlier there already is a relation between this phone number and this user into Buypass systems.
Buypass must is in this case be contacted and Buypass will help you release the phone number from the earlier user.
After the release process, you must delete the Buypass Code app from you mobile phone, reinstall the app and do the activation one more time,
