App is activated, but there is no link to the organization
The app is still not linked to the organization after the app has been installed on your phone and a PIN code has been set. Your Buypass Code app is linked to a organization. when the generated one-time code and the user name is used for authentication.

Linked the app, but organization information is missing
If there is missing organization information in the app, then this can be because you have not linked the app to the correct organization. The app is therefore not correctly linked and the organization. will also, for example, not be able to issue an unblocking code which you will need to set a new PIN code. The organization. or partner sometimes can have not registered your contact information in Code Manager. Check that you have installed the correct app, for the Partner, before you contact the person responsible for this in your company.
