Using the Audit log
Log of changes
The audit log shows the changes made by administrators in Code Manager, the point in time the change was made and the type of change made. It should provide administrators with information on the changes which have been made.
The log can be searched by time, date, administrator’s user name, type and/or description. Type of change, administrator’s user name and a short description of the changes made are shown in the columns.
User name is for the person who carried out the change.
Description retrieves details linked to type.
Type
Type contains the type of change made. The following categories are used
- Radius_Create - Radius configuration set up
- Radius_Edit – Radius configuration changed
- Radius_ Delete – Radius configuration deleted
- Ldap_Create - LDAP configuration set up
- Ldap_Edit – LDAP configuration changed
- Ldap_Delete – LDAP configuration deleted
- Ldap_Path_Create – LDAP path configuration set up
- Ldap_Path_Edit – LDAP path configuration changed
- Ldap_Path_Delete – LDAP path configuration deleted
- Admin_Create - Admin set up
- Admin_Edit - Admin changed
- Admin_Delete - Admin deleted
- User_Status - User status changed (deactivated/activated)
- Unblock_Generated – Unblocking code delivered to user or new unblocking code generated
- Ldap_Priority_Edit - LDAP prioritisation changed
- Ldap_Cache_Clear - LDAP cache cleared for all users
- Ldap_User_Cache_Clear – LDAP cache cleared for a user
- Reset_User_Type - ID type for user reset
- External_Radius_Create - External Radius configuration set up
- External_Radius_Edit – External Radius configuration changed
- External_Radius_Delete – External Radius configuration deleted
- Offline_Edit – Time difference changed for user
