Missing organization information in the app



The app is activated, but is not linked to organization


The display of the message 'No organization linked to your mobile phone number' means that the user has not used the app/OTP once to the organization. The app is attached to an organization the first time the generated one-time code and the user name are used for authentication. It's important that the phone is online when the app is used for the first time.

Organization information is, after the user has carried out an authentication, displayed by clicking on this button:

Check whether the AD is updated with correct data if the user still has not been able to log on to an organization and information is missing.


The app is linked to an organization, but information is missing 

Organization information is occasionally not displayed even though the app is linked to the organization. 

Search for the user name. If the user is found in Code Manager, then the organization information may not be configured correct in  Code Manager.

Contact an Administrator or other person who has the rights to configure this.
