Deactivate user




User status

The user is connected to the Manager after the first organization authentication.  The mobile phone number and user name registered by the user must be the same as registered in the organization user directory. Status is automatically set to "Active".

Buypass Code cannot be used if a user is set to "Inactive". Status can be set manually, for example where a user leaves the organisation or is on leave of absence.
