Vilkårene i dette dokumentet (Del 1) gjelder med mindre det er gjort særskilt unntak i Registreringsskjemaet (Del 2).
Abonnenten autoriserer selv de personer og/eller den Integrasjonspartner som på vegne av Abonnenten skal kunne bestille og administrere Brukerstedssertifikater. De roller Abonnenten kan tildele personer og/eller
Integrasjonspartner, kalles i det videre for Sertifikatbestiller og Aktiveringskodemottaker. Buypass forholder seg til Abonnenten som kontraktspart, og Abonnenten er ansvarlig for handlinger som Abonnentens Sertifikatbestillere og Aktiveringskodemottakere foretar.

1 INTRODUCTION
This document (Part 1) together with the Registration Form for Merchant Certificates (Part 2) and the Certification Practice Statement for Buypass Class 2 Merchant Certificates (Part 3) constitutes the Subscriber Agreement for Buypass Merchant Certificates. For technical specifications and details about the Merchant Certificate's properties, refer to the main page here - see Buypass Merchant ID.
The terms in this document (Part 1) apply unless a special exception is made in the Registration Form (Part 2).
The Subscriber himself authorizes the persons and/or the Integration Partner who, on behalf of the Subscriber, shall be able to order and manage Merchant Certificates. The roles the Subscriber can assign to persons and/or Integration partners are hereinafter referred to as Certificate Orderer and Activation Code Receiver. Buypass relates to the Subscriber as a contractual party, and the Subscriber is responsible for actions taken by the Subscriber's Certificate Orderers and Activation Code Recipients.
