Brukerstedet kan motta betalinger via enten VISA / MasterCard (online betalinger) eller faktura (OCR innbetalinger). Innbetalingene vil først komme inn på en Buypass-konto (e-pengekonto) før de overføres til brukerstedets egne bankkonto. Brukerstedet kan selv velge hvor ofte penger skal overføres til bankkonto. Dette gjøres på siden "Oppgjørskonti".
